About this fabric

This Morris & Co. textile is an outdoor fabric with a substantial 640 gsm weight and a 138 cm useable width, making it particularly well suited to upholstered seating and cushions. The rose shade reads as a softened terracotta-red rather than a bright pink, while the cream pattern brings definition without appearing stark. Birds sit among anemone blooms, leaves and scrolling stems in a tightly composed woven repeat measuring 78 cm vertically by 32 cm horizontally. With 57 threads per centimetre, the close construction gives the intricate design a richly textured, tapestry-like presence.

How to use it

Use this warm rose-and-cream colourway to bring depth to garden seating, an upholstered bench or accent cushions, pairing it with natural timber, aged brass and quieter neutral textiles. Its softened terracotta tone also works well against limewashed walls and warm stone.
