About this fabric

This densely patterned textile shows delicate bellflowers and curling botanical forms arranged in regular horizontal rows across a powdery mineral-blue ground. Its 402gsm weight and 22 threads per cm indicate a substantial, closely made cloth suitable for upholstery. The pattern repeat measures 21cm vertically by 23.5cm horizontally, keeping the ornate design compact across the 141.5cm usable width. Rather than reading as bright or icy, this blueway has a cool, weathered depth, while the darker outlines lend the surface quiet definition.
