End Paper Lovat has a softly weathered taupe ground, animated by dense rows of small, droplet-like motifs in blush, sage, cream and charcoal. The muted palette gives the pattern a layered, almost softly marbled appearance rather than a high-contrast effect.

About this fabric

Made from 100% linen, this 134 cm wide fabric combines a tactile surface with a closely repeated vertical motif. Each small teardrop or scalloped form shifts subtly through dusty rose, pale sage, warm cream and grey-brown, creating gentle depth across the cool taupe base. The pattern repeats every 45 cm vertically and 67 cm horizontally. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; professional dry cleaning is required, and it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use the cool taupe ground as a quiet foundation for an upholstered chair, headboard or relaxed curtain, then pick up the blush and sage accents in plain cushions or painted cabinetry. Its finely detailed surface works especially well where the pattern can be viewed at close range.
