Felbrigg Teal/Spice is a richly textured woven design built from broken horizontal bands in muted teal, warm spice, cream and soft blue-grey. Fine zigzag details and irregular brushstroke-like edges give the surface a handmade, painterly character.

About this fabric

The warm cream ground lets the cooler teal bands sit alongside rust, ochre and burgundy accents, creating a colourway with both depth and softness. Its horizontal pattern is formed from uneven streaks and small chevron-like woven marks rather than precise stripes. The fabric is 138 cm (54.21 inches) wide, with a 26.5 cm vertical repeat and a 34.5 cm horizontal repeat. Composed of 55% viscose, 27% linen, 12% polyester and 6% cotton, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the muted teal as the room’s grounding shade, then pick up the spice, ochre and burgundy threads in cushions, painted furniture or a warm rug. The broken horizontal movement works especially well on a relaxed upholstered chair, headboard or full-length curtain.
