About this fabric
Woven in a 95% cotton, 5% linen blend and specified for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings, this fabric has a lightly textured handle that suits decorative drapery. The visible design is a painterly botanical with airy grey-brown stems, scattered coral and blush blossoms, and touches of fresh leaf green that keep the overall feel light. The pinks read soft rather than sugary, with a warm coral undertone that stands out against the cool, misty background. With a 70cm horizontal repeat and 72cm vertical repeat, the pattern has an expansive, mural-like rhythm even though it remains a textile fabric. Dry clean only and iron safe, it is best used where the print can be shown off without heavy wear.
How to use it
Use Armathwaite Pink for curtains or Roman blinds in a room with chalky whites, pale oak and muted sage. Its gentle blush palette works especially well in bedrooms and light-filled sitting rooms that need a fresh, romantic focal point.
Pair with pale linens and warm neutrals to let the airy floral print stay fresh and light.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Armathwaite pink without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
