About this fabric

This fabric is woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, giving the surface a natural, lightly textured handle that suits soft furnishings as well as curtains and blinds. The design shows airy stems, seed heads and floral forms in a softened orange palette, with coral and terracotta notes lifted by sage, teal and dusty mauve details. Its 230gsm weight and 138cm usable width make it a practical mid-weight decorative fabric, while the 46cm horizontal repeat and 41cm vertical repeat create a generous, flowing pattern. The overall effect is fresh but mellow, with the warm orange elements tempered by the pale ground so the print feels bright without becoming loud.

How to use it

Pair this muted orange colourway with warm woods, chalky painted finishes and linen-toned upholstery for a relaxed, collected look. It would work especially well in rooms that need pattern and colour without losing the lightness of the background.

Use for statement curtains or a softly upholstered accent piece to let the painterly flowers stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
