About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this 230gsm fabric has a reassuring mid-weight handle that suits curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The visible weave gives the surface a gently textured look, which helps the pastel floral motifs feel natural rather than overly crisp. A 46.5cm horizontal repeat and 91.5cm vertical repeat indicate a large-scale pattern that will make the flowers and seedhead forms settle into full, decorative drops. Dry clean only and iron safe, it is a practical choice where you want a decorative cloth with a composed, tailored finish.

How to use it

Use Edenmuir Purple to soften a bedroom, dressing room or sitting room where the lilac flowers can sit against painted walls, white woodwork or pale timber. Its muted purple palette feels prettiest with dusty pinks, sage and chalky neutrals.
