Kanto cream

Kyotogardens Fabrickanto/fa1/bam

Kanto Cream from Voyage Maison’s Kyotogardens collection pairs a pale cream ground with a soft, painterly bamboo motif. The brushy leaf forms and misty green-grey tones give the design an airy, quietly natural feel.

About this fabric

This fabric is composed of 82% viscose and 18% cotton, with a usable width of 133cm and a weight of 117gsm, making it a lightweight decorative cloth for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The print shows layered bamboo stems and slender leaves in muted sage, grey-green and charcoal, softened by the cream background. Its large repeat of 66.5cm horizontally and 59cm vertically creates a fluid, unbroken rhythm across a room. Dry clean only and do not iron.

How to use it

Use Kanto Cream where you want a calm, botanical statement without strong colour contrast. It sits especially well with pale timber, chalky neutrals and layered linen textures.

A gentle, airy palette that works beautifully on relaxed curtains or statement upholstery pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
