Amida Purple has a softly blurred, watercolour floral look, with starburst motifs drifting across a pale ground. The mauve, lilac and smoky plum tones feel airy rather than heavy, giving the design a calm, painterly finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 82% viscose and 18% linen, this 117gsm fabric has a light-to-mid weight handle that suits curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The usable width is 138cm, with a horizontal pattern repeat of 66.5cm and a vertical repeat of 93cm, so the large-scale motif has room to breathe. Visually, the colourway reads as a dusty purple blend: soft mauve petals, muted lilac rays and faint plum shading sit over a pale ground with a linen-like texture. It is dry clean only and iron safe, making it practical for tailored decorative use where you want a gentle, atmospheric finish.

How to use it

Use Amida Purple in a room with plaster pinks, warm whites or weathered oak to echo its misty lilac undertones. It works especially well on full-length curtains or roman blinds where the large motif can show its full, floating effect.

Pair with chalky neutrals and pale woods to keep the watercolour motif feeling airy.
