Linde orange

Misc Fabriclinde/fa1/sun

Linde in Orange has a warm, ember-like look, with fine pale striations running through a rich rust base. The finish feels textural and lively rather than flat, giving the colourway real depth.

About this fabric

This Voyage Maison fabric is made from 22% cotton, 42% polyester and 36% acrylic, with a usable width of 140cm and a vertical pattern repeat of 93cm. The surface in this colourway reads as burnt orange with cinnamon and terracotta undertones, broken by slender pale lines that create a dry, weathered movement across the cloth. It has enough visual structure to feel substantial, yet the pattern detail keeps it from reading heavy or muddy. Suitable for curtains, blinds and upholstery, and specified as dry clean only with Iron Safe care, it works well where you want colour and texture to do the talking.

How to use it

Use this orange against walnut, ochre and natural linen for a layered, sun-warmed scheme. It also brings a sharper contrast beside olive or bottle green, where the pale streaks will read clearly.

Pair with warm neutrals or deep green accents to let the striated orange texture stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
