Olearia orange
Hibbertiameadows Fabricolearcr/fa1/clo
Olearia Orange has a softly painted, meadow-like look, with apricot blooms and airy stems scattered across an off-white ground. The colourway feels warm but muted, so the pattern stays light rather than overpowering.

About this fabric
Printed on a 95% cotton, 5% linen base, this fabric has a natural, slightly dry handle that suits soft furnishings as well as curtains and blinds. The 230gsm weight gives it enough substance for a relaxed drape while still feeling approachable for interiors. In this colourway, the orange reads as dusty apricot and terracotta rather than bright citrus, which keeps the floral motif gentle and sun-faded. The large 68cm horizontal repeat and 74.5cm vertical repeat support the expansive botanical layout, while the 138cm usable width is practical for wider curtain drops.
How to use it
Use Olearia Orange in rooms that already have pale timber, chalky whites or sage accents, where the warm petals can lift the scheme without sharpening it. It works especially well for lined curtains or statement blinds in a calming country-inspired interior.
Pair with soft neutrals and pale sage to let the painterly flowers breathe.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Olearia orange without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
