About this fabric

Printed on a substantial fabric with a weight of 416 gsm and a usable width of 132 cm, this colourway reads as a rich teal-blue backdrop to layered flowers in blush, apricot, cream and burgundy. The 73.5 cm vertical repeat and full 132 cm horizontal repeat create a generous, mural-like rhythm that suits the scale of the blossoms and butterflies. Its dense patterning and weight make it feel more suited to statement furniture than delicate sheers, while still carrying enough drape for decorative curtains. The surface look is smooth and saturated rather than textured, with the darker ground helping the warmer petals stand forward clearly.

How to use it

Use Newby Green on an accent chair, ottoman or a pair of curtains where the deep teal can anchor softer painted walls. It works especially well with antique brass, dark wood and muted pink or ochre accessories.
