Wild Berries Blueberry/Sage

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric is a 220gsm textile with a usable width of 140cm, a 34cm vertical repeat and a 34.5cm horizontal repeat, making the trailing berry pattern easy to plan across wider furnishings. The cloth reads as a versatile mid-weight, with enough body for light upholstery while still working beautifully at the window. In this colourway, the blueberry tones are clean and slightly dusty rather than bright, while the sage leaves keep the overall effect calm and country-led. The ivory background leaves the pattern airy, so the design feels detailed without becoming heavy.

How to use it

Use Blueberry/Sage to bring a cool, collected note to painted timber, pale oak and linen furnishings. It works especially well in relaxed bedrooms, breakfast rooms and sitting rooms where the soft blue fruit tones can be repeated in ceramics or cushions.

Fresh blueberry sprigs and sage leaves give a crisp, countrified look that suits both drapes and occasional upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Wild Berries Blueberry/Sage without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
