About this fabric

This colourway is formed from tightly spaced vertical stripes, with cool indigo-blue bands alternating against a softly warm ivory ground. Fine, lightly broken detailing within the blue lines gives the orderly pattern a subtle textural rhythm rather than a completely flat appearance. The specification lists a useable width of 52 cm and a standard length of 10.05 m. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are listed as 0 cm, with a supplied weight of 194 gsm.

How to use it

Use the cool depth of the indigo against chalky white, pale grey or warm ivory furnishings. Its narrow vertical rhythm suits a smart study, hallway or bedroom wall where a tailored stripe can add height without overwhelming the room.

Pair the cool indigo stripes with pale neutrals and natural timber for a crisp, quietly tailored wall scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
