About this fabric

The 425 gsm weight identifies a substantial cloth, making this textile well suited to upholstery rather than a light, fluid curtain fabric. Densely spaced botanical motifs are picked out in pale ivory and grey, with muted blush warmth and irregular dark outlines visible against the blue-stone background. Its 138 cm vertical and 140 cm horizontal repeats create a large, almost square layout that calls for deliberate pattern placement. The 140 cm usable width, 50 m standard length and stated 26.8 threads per cm provide useful planning information for larger upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Use the cool blue-stone ground on a sofa, armchair or headboard, balancing its chalky botanical pattern with warm ivory, weathered timber and muted blush accents. The low-saturation colourway also suits rooms that need depth without a bright or highly saturated blue.
