About this fabric

This Zoffany Luxury Plains velvet is supplied at 144 cm usable width and weighs 420 gsm, giving the cloth a substantial presence for upholstery. Its 71 threads per cm support the finely even appearance visible across the swatch, while the softly directional nap creates a pale highlight across the fold. The silver-grey tone is restrained rather than bright, with a slightly warm stone cast that keeps the colour approachable. With 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats, it presents as a continuous plain surface for clean, uninterrupted upholstery.
