About this fabric

This Zoffany velvet weighs 420 gsm and has a useable width of 144 cm, giving the cloth a substantial presence suited to upholstered furniture. Its fine, even surface is free from a visible motif, with both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats specified as 0 cm. The 71 threads-per-centimetre construction supports the close, softly brushed texture visible across the swatch. In this Stockholm Blue colourway, the nap moves from misty blue-green highlights to a deeper sage-teal shade in the folds.

How to use it

Use this cool seafoam-blue velvet on a reading chair, sofa or headboard where its subdued colour can soften darker timber and warm neutral walls. Pair it with chalky whites, pale oak or brushed metal to emphasise the blue-green cast without making the room feel overly bright.
