About this colour

At #F0E8DD, Half Linen reads as a creamy neutral with enough warmth to soften a room without tipping into yellow. In north-facing light it can look a little quieter and more parchment-like, while south-facing light brings out its warmer biscuit tone and gives it a fuller glow. It reflects light well, so it helps lift darker spaces, but it still has enough body to sit comfortably on walls and woodwork. It works neatly beside pale oak, walnut, chalky whites and upholstered pieces in stone, taupe, flax and muted green. In Zoffany's Acrylic Eggshell, Elite Emulsion and True Matt finishes, it keeps the same gentle tone across wall and trim applications.

How to use it
