About this colour

This shade sits just below white, with enough grey in it to stop it feeling stark and enough warmth to keep it from turning icy. On a wall it reflects a good amount of light, so it can make smaller rooms feel more open without looking bright. In north-facing rooms it will read cooler and a little more silvery, while south-facing light brings out its warmer side and softens the grey. It works well beside chalky off-whites, deeper stone shades, pale oak, and upholstered pieces in linen, wool, or textured neutral tones. In Acrylic Eggshell, Elite Emulsion and True Matt, it stays restrained and tailored across both walls and woodwork.

How to use it

Use it in living rooms, hallways, or bedrooms where you want a light backdrop that still has depth. It sits neatly with painted joinery in white, and with curtains or upholstery in flax, sand, taupe, or muted blue-grey tones.
