About this colour

At #ECE8DC, Quarter Pebble reads as a pale beige with a quiet green-grey undertone, so it stays calm rather than yellow. It lifts light well without looking bright, giving walls an easy, settled finish in Acrylic Eggshell, Elite Emulsion or True Matt. In a north-facing room it can feel a little cooler and more mineral, while south light brings out its warmer, chalkier side. It works well beside natural oak, walnut and painted joinery, and it gives a restrained backdrop to upholstery in oatmeal, taupe, sage or softened terracotta.

How to use it
