Blass Reversible Ocean

Elliott Fabric

Blass Reversible Ocean is a deep, cool blue textile marked by an irregular charcoal-and-grey crosshatched surface. Its layered, distressed texture gives the ocean tone considerable depth rather than a flat block of colour.

About this fabric

The ground reads as near-black navy, overlaid with broken grey brush marks that form uneven horizontal and vertical bands. A dense, visibly textured weave softens the contrast, while lighter flecks catch across the surface to create a weathered, atmospheric finish. No composition, width or performance figures are supplied for this colourway, so suitability should be assessed from the sample and intended application.

How to use it

Use this cool ocean shade on a statement chair, bench or sofa where its dark depth can anchor a room. Balance the charcoal-blue ground with chalky grey, natural timber or warm ivory upholstery companions.

Pair its cool ocean-blue depth with charcoal, pale grey or brushed metal accents for a composed interior scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Blass Reversible Ocean without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
