Eaton Graphite

Essential Weaves Vol 1 FabricEWV1EATON

Eaton Graphite is a cool, softly mottled grey with a fine woven texture that reads calm and contemporary. The surface has a subtle crosshatch effect, giving the colourway extra depth without appearing busy.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Eaton Graphite is specified for drapes only and has a substantial 350gsm handle, so it hangs with more body than a sheer or lightweight curtain cloth. The 140cm width and 27cm vertical repeat, 24cm horizontal repeat make it suitable for structured window treatments where the texture can be seen up close. In this graphite colourway, the yarns sit in a restrained mix of pale and mid greys, creating a cool, urban tone with a lightly chalked finish. It is made in India and has no rub test result noted, reinforcing its role as a specialist drapery fabric rather than an upholstery cloth.

How to use it

Use Eaton Graphite for wave curtains, relaxed Roman blinds or layered interlinings where you want a clean grey with visible texture. It works especially well against white walls, black accents and brushed metal finishes.

Pair with pale neutrals or darker timber for a crisp, tailored look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
