Marsa Charcoal

Starlette Collection FabricMARSA

Marsa Charcoal is a deep, cool charcoal with a fine vertical texture that reads quietly tailored. The surface catches the light in thin streaks, giving the cloth a subtle sheen rather than a flat matte finish.

About this fabric

From Ashley Wilde’s Starlette Collection, Marsa Charcoal is a 100% polyester fabric made for drapes only. The colourway sits in a grounded charcoal grey with a slightly softened, smoky cast, and the closely worked texture gives it movement without a busy surface. At 140cm wide and 180gsm, it has enough body to hang neatly while still feeling suited to window dressings. The 28cm vertical repeat and 23.5cm horizontal repeat confirm the design’s patterned structure, even though the overall look remains restrained and tonal.

How to use it

Use this charcoal shade where you want the window to feel architectural and calm, especially against pale plaster, warm oak or brushed metal. Its low-key sheen makes it a strong choice for contemporary rooms that need depth without visual noise.

A sleek charcoal texture that gives curtains a refined, understated finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
