Manda Linen

Breegan Jane x Clarke and Clarke Fabric FabricCCF0771-01

Manda Linen has a softly mottled pale greige ground, overlaid with fine cream lines that form repeating, branching leaf or feather-like shapes. Its quiet contrast gives the pattern a natural, lightly graphic presence without making the colourway feel stark.

About this fabric

The warm grey-beige ground is softened by ivory markings, while the irregular stripe edges create a gently woven, tactile appearance across the surface. The vertical motifs align into a flowing repeat, with the pattern measuring 66.5cm vertically and 72cm horizontally. At 403gsm, Manda Linen has the substantial feel suited to upholstery, and its usable width is 135cm. The 35m standard length supports larger projects where the directional repeat needs careful matching.

How to use it

Use this pale greige colourway on a statement armchair, headboard or occasional sofa, where its cream branching pattern can sit comfortably alongside oak, boucle and warm off-white textiles. Keep surrounding colours soft and tonal to preserve the design’s calm, chalky depth.

Pair the pale greige ground with warm timber, chalky neutrals and textured upholstery for a calm, tactile scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Manda Linen without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
