About this fabric

Woven at 332gsm, this mid-weight Clarke & Clarke fabric is substantial enough for upholstery while remaining suitable for drapery. The citron reads as softened yellow with an olive cast in the woven areas, set against chalky natural and cool charcoal-grey checks. The intersecting blocks create a clear graphic rhythm, while the visible plain weave gives each colour a lightly mottled depth rather than a flat finish. The pattern repeats every 19.5cm vertically and 17.5cm horizontally, with a 135cm usable width.

How to use it

Use the muted citron as a gentle lift on a chair, bench or cushion, pairing it with warm natural linens and charcoal-painted wood. As curtains, its pale yellow and grey balance brings pattern without making the room feel strongly saturated.
