Alta Cream

Alta FabricL9372-01

Alta Cream is a soft, warm cream with a finely textured geometric surface that reads calm and tailored in the cloth. The tonal pattern sits quietly within the weave, giving the swatch a gentle depth rather than a strong contrast.

About this fabric

Woven in 75% Virgin Wool, 20% Polyester and 5% Cotton, Alta Cream has a crisp but softened handle that suits both upholstery and drapery applications. The fabric is approximately 138cm wide, with a repeat of V 26cm and H 23cm, and the small geometric motif appears as a delicate all-over texture rather than a bold statement. In this colourway, the cream tone feels warm and slightly muted, with the raised pattern catching the light just enough to show the design without breaking the overall softness. The result is a versatile, quietly formal surface that works especially well when you want texture more than colour.

How to use it

Use Alta Cream to soften structured upholstery, where its pale warm tone will keep larger pieces feeling light. It also works beautifully at the window, where the subtle geometric pattern can add interest without competing with other finishes.

A refined cream that lifts a room without feeling stark, ideal for tailored schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
