About this fabric
This Larsen Alta fabric has no visible repeat, with the texture providing all of the interest instead of pattern. The cloth is 137cm wide approx and made from 32% Virgin Wool, 31% Polyacrylic, 28% Cotton and 9% Polyester, giving it the feel of a substantial woven upholstery cloth. In this Smoke colourway, the surface appears muted and earthy, with a soft mottled depth that catches the light gently rather than reflecting it. The overall effect is understated and versatile, with enough texture to keep a plain scheme from feeling flat.
How to use it
Use Gila Smoke on an armchair, sofa or banquette where a calm taupe-brown ground will sit easily with timber, leather and stone. It also works well beside chalky neutrals or deep olive accents for a more layered, contemporary scheme.
