Granit Gull

Alta FabricL9347-02

Granit Gull is a softly granular taupe with a calm, stone-like surface and a lightly heathered look. The colour reads as a muted neutral with subtle warmth, giving the fabric an understated depth rather than a flat beige finish.

About this fabric

This Alta fabric from Larsen is woven in a 142cm approx width and combines 34% viscose, 33% acrylic, 17% wool, 8% polyester, 4% linen and 4% cotton. The close, fine texture gives Granit Gull a speckled, mineral effect that sits between beige and grey, with a soft taupe cast visible across the whole swatch. Its low-contrast surface and no-repeat construction make it especially easy to coordinate with other textured materials. The overall impression is refined and practical, with enough warmth in the yarn mix to keep the shade from feeling cold.

How to use it

Use Granit Gull on tailored upholstery, relaxed drapery, or both where you want a quiet neutral with a grounded, pebble-toned presence. It works well beside pale oak, putty paint, and darker accent woods for a layered, contemporary scheme.

A quiet, versatile neutral that layers easily with timber, leather, and chalky paints.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
