About this fabric

This Colville Stripe colourway has a fine, tailored stripe with a softly washed old blue that reads cool and restrained beside the cream ground. The linen-blend texture is visible in the slub and slight irregularity of the weave, giving the surface a relaxed, lightly rustic finish. At approximately 142cm wide, with a vertical repeat of 0cm and horizontal repeat of around 7cm, it offers a neat, regular stripe that suits measured upholstery or elegant drapery. The composition is 84% viscose and 16% linen, which helps explain the gentle sheen and crisp-but-soft handle suggested by the swatch.
