Corrin Yellow

Elara FabricJ0305-02

Corrin Yellow shows a finely textured small-scale geometric pattern in a soft, sunlit yellow palette. The weave reads crisp and lightly tactile, with pale creamy highlights that keep the design airy rather than bold.

About this fabric

Corrin Yellow from the Elara collection by Jane Churchill is composed of 65% cotton, 22% polyester and 13% linen, with an approximate width of 136cm and a repeat of V 4cm / H 8cm. The fabric has a neat, small geometric motif that forms a regular zigzag lattice across the surface. In this colourway the yellow is gentle and muted, sitting close to straw and primrose tones rather than a strong mustard, while the lighter ground gives the pattern a calm, fresh look. The weave appears slightly slubby and natural in character, which suits the cotton-linen blend and keeps the finish from feeling flat.

How to use it

Use this warm yellow in rooms that need a lift without too much contrast: it pairs beautifully with pale oak, chalky whites and relaxed neutral upholstery. Its small-scale pattern works especially well on tailored armchairs, Roman blinds or cushions where the subtle texture can be appreciated up close.

A soft yellow geometric that feels fresh on upholstery and light enough for elegant drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
