About this fabric

This Emile II fabric is woven in a 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend and comes in a width of approximately 140cm, with a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm. The colourway is a strong golden yellow, more sunflower than ochre, with a clear, even tone across the cloth. The finish looks smooth and close-woven, so the colour sits flat and saturated rather than speckled or textured. With care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code K, it is a practical decorative textile for schemes that need a vivid accent.

How to use it

Use Emile Gold to lift a room with warm timber, walnut, or deep green paint, where the colour can act as a bright, confident focal point. It would also work well for tailored cushions or statement drapery in a scheme that needs a sunny yellow without going pastel.

A bright, clean gold that brings warmth without feeling heavy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
