Javalli Stripe Red

Kansa Stripes FabricJ0232-02

Javalli Stripe Red pairs narrow vertical pinstripes with decorative woven bands for a look that feels lively yet controlled. The red sits over a warm, pale ground, giving the stripe a softened coral energy rather than a hard primary tone.

About this fabric

This Kansa Stripes fabric is composed of 85% cotton, 11% viscose and 4% polyester, with an approximate width of 136cm and a vertical repeat of 13cm and horizontal repeat of 34cm. The surface reads as a mid-weight woven, with crisp linear detail and a slightly textured handle that suits either upholstery or drapery. In this colourway, the red bands are bright but tempered by beige and blush notes, while the finer stripes keep the overall effect light and orderly. The result is a smart striped fabric with enough character for statement accents, yet enough softness in the palette to sit comfortably in a layered scheme.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored armchair, bench cushion or Roman blind where the vertical stripe can add lift to the room. Its coral-red warmth works especially well with cream paintwork, natural timber and muted terracotta accents.

A lively stripe that brings colour without feeling overpowering.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
