About this fabric

Kansa Stripe Red is a 100% cotton fabric with an approximate width of 141cm and a vertical repeat of 1cm / horizontal repeat of 47cm. In the swatch, the stripes read as a mix of brick red, dusty blue-grey, soft olive and oatmeal, with narrow dotted and herringbone-style accents that keep the pattern feeling crisp. The cotton surface looks matte and lightly textured rather than glossy, which gives the colourway a grounded, relaxed clarity. Its smart striped rhythm feels detailed enough for statement upholstery or curtains, especially where you want colour without a heavy pattern. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use it on a bench, occasional chair or tailored curtains where the vertical striping can sharpen the room. It works well with oak, painted cream and other softened reds to echo the fabric’s warm, earthy stripe mix.

Pair with warm neutrals and natural woods to let the red striping feel tailored rather than loud.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
