About this fabric

Moroni Taupe from Larsen’s Kara collection is woven in 37% cotton, 31% viscose, 22% polyester and 10% acrylic, with a width of approximately 133cm and a vertical repeat of about 2cm and horizontal repeat of about 17cm. The swatch reads as a calm, warm taupe with understated contrast, where the darker threads form delicate horizontal lines over a light neutral ground. Its small-scale structure gives the surface a tailored, quietly architectural look rather than a heavy decorative one. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

This taupe works well on upholstery or relaxed curtains where you want subtle pattern without visual noise. Pair it with pale oak, chalky paint tones and darker accent woods to bring out the woven line detail.

A restrained taupe weave that adds quiet texture to tailored schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
