Prati Celadon

Marco FabricM4162-03

Prati Celadon is a quietly luminous plain weave in a soft celadon green with a faintly chalky, airy look. The surface reads linen-like and lightly textured, with the colour staying cool and understated rather than vivid.

About this fabric

Woven in 70% viscose and 30% linen, Prati Celadon has a gentle slubbed character that gives the cloth a natural, slightly dry-hand appearance. The approx. 144cm width and vertical/horizontal repeat of 0cm make it straightforward to use for a clean, uninterrupted finish. In this colourway, the celadon sits between green and pale grey, so it feels fresh without becoming minty or bright. The light catches the weave softly, bringing out the subtle cross-thread texture and giving the surface a calm, tailored elegance. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this pale celadon to soften timber, stone and brushed metal finishes, especially in rooms that need a cooler, more restful note. It is particularly effective on relaxed upholstery or full-length curtains where the woven texture can be seen in daylight.

A quiet celadon with a linen-like grain that works beautifully across upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
