Rekha Indigo

Marsan FabricM4117-02

Rekha Indigo pairs broad vertical stripes in deep indigo and teal with a pale natural ground, creating a clean, rhythmic look. The woven surface has a dry, textured character that keeps the colourway feeling tailored rather than glossy.

About this fabric

This Manuel Canovas fabric from the Marsan collection is composed of 36% jute, 34% viscose, 15% linen and 15% polyester, giving the cloth a textured handle with a refined finish. The stripe repeat is approximately V 1cm / H 72cm, and the 144cm width makes the large-scale stripe easy to plan across seating or soft furnishings. In this colourway, the blue bands read cool and saturated, shifting between indigo and a slightly greener teal as the light moves across the weave. The natural stripes sit back quietly, so the overall effect is crisp, airy and more graphic than bold.

How to use it

Use Rekha Indigo on a pair of statement armchairs, a bench cushion or relaxed curtains where the vertical stripes can add height and structure. Its cool blue tones work especially well with oak, linen neutrals and painted whites.

Use where you want a crisp nautical rhythm with a tailored, contemporary feel.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
