About this fabric

This striped fabric from the Silvano Stripes collection by Colefax and Fowler has a repeat of approximately V 2cm / H 5cm and a width of approximately 145cm. Its composition of 50% Cotton, 33% Viscose, 11% Acrylic, 4% Linen and 2% Polyamide gives the cloth a lightly textured, woven handle rather than a flat printed finish. In this colourway the aqua reads cool and diluted, with pale cream bands that keep the overall look bright and restrained. The narrow vertical stripe and small-scale motif make it feel neat and versatile without becoming busy.

How to use it

Use it on an upholstered occasional chair, a valance or tailored curtains where the cool aqua can bring a clean, coastal note. It works especially well with pale oak, chalk white and other soft blue-greens.
