About this fabric

This chenille combines near-black charcoal shapes with a pale silver-grey ground in a compact, irregular pattern. The close, visibly textured weave softens the contrast slightly, creating tonal movement rather than a flat printed effect. Made from an acrylic, polyester and viscose mix, it is 138cm wide and rated for domestic upholstery with professional aftercare. It offers domestic cigarette and match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool, charcoal-led colourway on a domestic sofa or occasional chair where its silver-grey ground can lighten the overall look while the dark motif adds definition. Pair it with pale greys, black accents or restrained metallic details to echo its graphic monochrome tone.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
