About this fabric

Tiger Noir from Porter & Stone’s Serengeti collection is a fabric with a 140cm width, a 24cm pattern repeat and a composition of 50% polyester and 50% viscose. The swatch shows a very dark black ground with a subtle sheen in the weave, which helps the tiger motif stand out crisply across the surface. Each tiger is picked out in warm gold and muted beige, so the repeat feels graphic but not overly bright. The overall effect is bold and luxurious, with the darker background giving the animals a strong, shadowed presence. Care instruction NQT1< should be followed to help preserve the appearance of this textured fabric.

How to use it

This colourway works well on a sculptural occasional chair, bench or headboard where the black ground can anchor the room. Pair it with warm woods, brass or caramel leather to echo the golden tiger tones.

Use on a statement chair or ottoman to let the dark ground and golden tigers stand out.
