Werner Tutti Frutti

What's New Fabric

Werner Tutti Frutti has a cream ground scattered with an energetic, woven floral in red, coral, aqua, lilac, sage and warm ochre tones. The repeated motif feels bright and playful, with the pattern standing out clearly against the lighter background.

About this fabric

This fabric from the What's New collection by Porter & Stone is 145cm wide and composed of 69% polyester, 18% cotton and 13% viscose. The design shows a large repeat of stylised floral sprays and leaf forms, worked in a lively mix of coral, crimson, aqua, lilac, sage and golden beige on a soft cream ground. The colour balance is fresh rather than sugary, with the cooler blues and lilacs tempering the warmer reds and terracottas. Its woven texture gives the motif a slightly tactile, tailored feel that still reads light enough for versatile decorating. Care instructions are NQT1<.

How to use it

Use this colourway to bring lift to an otherwise neutral room, especially where the cream ground can echo light walls or painted woodwork. It works well with plain linens, warm timber and simple upholstery in sage, clay or soft blue.

A lively, woven floral for adding colour to a room without making it feel heavy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
