Tamar Aqua

Artisan II FabricBF10801.1

Against a quiet ivory ground, Tamar Aqua sets airy columns of aqua and sage, with the colour paling and deepening through each rippled stripe. The close linear marks keep the 33 cm repeat delicate rather than bold.

About this fabric

Tamar Aqua pairs a warm ivory ground with narrow vertical bands of pale aqua, sage green and faint sandy taupe. Within each band, the pattern is built from closely spaced, rippling horizontal marks, giving the stripe a softly irregular woven appearance. Made from 50% viscose and 50% linen, the 132 cm (51.86") width is specified for curtains and bedspreads. Its horizontal pattern repeat is 33 cm (12.96"), and care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the cool pale aqua and softened sage stripes for curtains in a light, restful room, allowing the ivory ground to keep the scheme open. The same vertical rhythm can be carried onto a bedspread for a coordinated finish.

A softly striped aqua, sage and ivory design for airy curtains and coordinated bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
