About this fabric

The colourway reads as a quiet, cool pale grey, with the darker linear motifs creating a gently rippled surface rather than a bold graphic contrast. The broken lines form small organic islands across the cloth, giving the design movement while retaining a restrained, tonal character. At 464 gsm, this is a substantial fabric with the weight and presence expected for upholstery. It has a 138 cm usable width, a 68.1 cm vertical repeat and a 34.6 cm horizontal repeat; the specification also records 137 threads per cm.

How to use it

Use Bonseki Porcelain on a tailored sofa, occasional chair or headboard where its pale grey ground can brighten the room without feeling stark. Pair it with chalky whites, natural timber and deeper graphite accents to draw out the fine charcoal linework.
