Tessen Parchment

Momentum 14 Fabrics FabricHAF0417-01

Tessen Parchment pairs a warm, pale beige ground with closely layered ivory strokes that resemble fine, gestural brush marks. The low-contrast palette gives the surface a softly weathered, tactile character without becoming visually heavy.

About this fabric

This Harlequin fabric weighs 318 gsm and has a 142 cm usable width, making it a versatile mid-weight choice for both upholstery and drapery. Its parchment-beige base is crossed by slender ivory lines, with overlapping directional marks creating gentle movement across the surface. The pattern repeats over 86.2 cm vertically and 71 cm horizontally, giving the irregular linear motif a considered rhythm when joined. A supplied thread count of 274 threads per cm corresponds with the finely detailed surface visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use Tessen Parchment to upholster a relaxed armchair or sofa where its warm beige depth can sit alongside natural timber, chalky walls and softly contrasting cream textiles. As drapery, its pale tone will keep a room light while the ivory linear pattern adds quiet texture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
