Performance Boucle FabricHAF0543-02

About this fabric

The colour is a pale warm ivory, lighter and softer than a clear white, with subtle tonal variation across the woven surface. Its fine bouclé texture gives the plain colour gentle depth, while the 519 gsm weight makes it well suited to upholstery. This fabric has a usable width of 138 cm and no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat, so there is no pattern matching to manage. The supplied construction records 84 threads per cm; no additional performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use Islay Chalk on a generously textured armchair, sofa or ottoman where its soft ivory tone can brighten the room without looking stark. Pair it with warm timber, pale stone and softly contrasting taupe or oatmeal textiles.

Use this soft chalky ivory bouclé to bring quiet texture to upholstered seating and occasional pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
