About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 137cm and a 35cm horizontal pattern repeat, making the stripe feel orderly and evenly spaced across the cloth. The grape bands read as a softened mauve-purple with a slightly muted, cool undertone, set against an off-white ground that keeps the overall look light. With a Martindale rating of 30,000 and Heavy Domestic upholstery grade, it is suitable for upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, with colour fastness 5 and pilling 4, so the finish is practical as well as polished.

How to use it

Use this smart stripe on a tailored armchair, ottoman or roman blind where the vertical line can make the room feel taller. The pale ground and dusty grape colouring sit especially well with painted wood in chalk white, putty or soft grey.
