About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a 137cm usable width and a 35cm horizontal pattern repeat, making the stripe read in clear, regular bands across the cloth. The visible ground is bright white rather than creamy, which sharpens the lilac, mauve and deeper grape stripes and gives the colourway a fresh, high-contrast finish. Its 30,000 Martindale rating and Heavy Domestic upholstery grade support use on seating as well as curtains and accessories, and it is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery. The weave looks smooth and neatly finished rather than bulky, so the pattern stays refined and the colour remains the focus.

How to use it

Use it for smart upholstered chairs, cushions or Roman blinds where the vertical stripe can add height and order. The cool grape tone works especially well with pale grey, white-painted joinery and softened plum accents.
