Gobi Silver Grey

Gobi Fabric

Gobi Silver Grey has a cool, silvery tone with a closely textured surface that shifts gently between pale grey and mid-grey across the weave. The result is a restrained, softly dimensional cloth rather than a flat solid.

About this fabric

The fine woven texture combines light and darker grey fibres, giving this colourway a softly flecked appearance and a quiet sense of depth. Its silver cast keeps the overall impression crisp and cool, while the mottled surface prevents it from feeling stark. The even, non-directional texture is suited to pieces where subtle surface interest matters more than a visible motif. No performance features are noted for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Gobi Silver Grey to temper warmer timber, natural linen and pale stone, or pair it with charcoal and brushed metal for a cooler contemporary scheme. Its understated silver tone works particularly well where you want texture without introducing a strong pattern.

Its cool silver-grey weave brings quiet texture to contemporary upholstery, cushions or relaxed window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
