About this fabric

This plain velvet combines 24% cotton with 76% polyester and is supplied at approximately 137cm wide. The pumpkin shade sits between burnt orange and brown, giving the cloth a grounded, autumnal depth rather than a bright citrus tone. Fine nap changes create a gently brushed, mottled appearance that adds movement without a printed motif. Rated for Contract and General Domestic use, it is suitable for curtains and fixed upholstery and should be dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use this warm pumpkin terracotta on a statement chair, headboard or sofa to introduce depth, pairing it with oat, walnut, aged brass or muted olive. As curtains, its rich colour can make a room feel more enveloping while the low-key nap keeps the plain surface refined.
