About this fabric

At 510gsm, with 13 threads per cm, this is a substantial textile suited to upholstery and other hard-wearing applications. The 137cm usable width is arranged around a 64cm vertical repeat and 36cm horizontal repeat, creating a clearly defined medium-scale pattern. Visually, scrolling stems, pointed leaves and rounded floral forms interlock across the indigo field, with the red blooms providing measured flashes of warmth. The dark blue ground dominates the colourway, allowing the olive and cream details to read as softened highlights rather than bright contrasts.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or ottoman where its deep indigo ground can anchor a room. Pick up the muted brick red in cushions or trim, and echo the olive foliage with quieter green or aged neutral accents.

A weighty indigo botanical with muted red and olive accents for formal upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
