Willow Boughs Blue

Morris 160th Anniversary Wallpaper WallpaperMOW0016-02

Willow Boughs Blue layers softly brushed blue foliage over a warm cream ground, giving the repeating botanical design a calm, lightly weathered character. The pale background keeps the dense branching pattern feeling airy rather than heavy.

About this fabric

Fine, curling stems run across the surface, carrying elongated leaves and small clustered forms in several muted blue tones. The blue shifts from pale grey-blue to deeper willow shades, creating gentle depth against the creamy background without becoming stark. This wallpaper has a useable width of 52 cm and a standard length of 10.05 m, with a 46 cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat specified. At 192 gsm, it is a substantial paper specification for a clearly defined botanical covering.

How to use it

Pair the cool, muted blue foliage with chalky cream, pale timber and soft grey-blue accents for a restful bedroom or reading room. Its light ground also works well in a hallway where the repeating branches can provide pattern without closing in the space.

Use this cool blue-and-cream botanical wallpaper to bring gentle pattern and a light, collected feel to bedrooms, studies or hallways.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
